United Way Resource Guide – Updated in 2013, this list contains resources and contact information for organizations and community agencies that can help with housing, bill payment, food pantries, medical care and other free or low cost basic needs provision.

Christians Concerned for the Community (CCC) –  “Christians Concerned for the Community partners with local churches, organizations, and government agencies to help meet the practical, spiritual, and human development needs of Alachua County, FL.”

The Women’s Resource and Medical Clinic – This Christian based organization offers pregnancy testing, pregnancy verification forms for insurance/Medicaid, early ultrasounds, information, community resources, support, and counseling for pregnant and postpartum women.

Ransomed Heart Prayers – Several excellent prayers from the ministry of John and Stasi Eldredge, including Prayer for Inner Healing and Prayer for Freedom from Habitual Sins.

The Bondage Breaker – Freedom in Christ – This is the online store for The Bondage Breaker book and workbook series by Neil T. Anderson. I can’t even begin to describe just how applicable this series is in so many areas of life.

Ted Talks: The Power of Vulnerability – 20 minute video of a Ted Talk given by Brene Brown, a social worker and researcher out of Houston, Texas, on the power of vulnerability.
